About Me

Director of the Cyber Analysis Directorate with extensive experience in leading advanced cybersecurity operations, including Threat Intelligence, Blue Team, and Purple Team activities through adversary simulation. Skilled in dark web investigations to protect national critical infrastructure and experienced in organizing cyber drills to enhance response capabilities. Developed "Train the Trainer" programs for Albania's CII operators and established the National Cyber Simulation Laboratory for IT and OT environments. Winner of first place among 108 countries in the Global Cyber Drill at GISEC 2024, demonstrating exceptional expertise in cyber defense and incident response.

Cyber Operations

• Investigated national-level cyber incidents, identifying sources, methods, and preventing future attacks.

Cyber Security

Incident Response Coordination: Led the incident response team in identifying, investigating and mitigating cybersecurity incidents targeting national Critical Infrastructures (CII) in Albania. Ensured incidents were managed in minimizing impact and improving response effectiveness.

Malware Analysis and Digital Forensics: Defence in-depth technical investigations involving malware analysis and digital forensics to identify attack vectors TTP and track threat actors.

Threat Intelligence & Purple Team: Focused on advanced Threat Intelligence operations, leading both Blue Team and Purple Team activities through adversary simulation and emulation. Cyber Threat Analysis on investigation the Iranian and Russian State Sponsored attackers in TTP that they use.

Open-Source Tool Integration: Implementing open-source tools to establish Albania's National Cyber Simulation Laboratory, simulating IT and OT environments for Live Fire Scenarios, cyberdrill exercises. (Elastic Search, Security Onion, OpenSense, Suricata, MISP, OpenCTI etc).

Cyber Drill & International Recognition: Coordinated complex national and international cyber drills, enhancing response capabilities through real-world simulations. Participation in NATO cyber-Exercises, Cyber Coalition and NATO Lockshield 2024, 2025.
